A selection of 26 pieces by the Spanish guitarist Fernando Sor, considered the most important composer of guitar music in the early nineteenth-century. In this publication, Max Eschig continues the discovery of the considerable Romanticrepertoire for the guitar, edited by Frédéric Zigante. This repertoire continues to be an essential part of a guitarist’s studies and is still widely performed in the guitar recitals. Includes Grand Solo, opus 14, one of his most popularworks.
