Zadok rules – Hallelujah! was commissioned by The Hanover Band Foundation to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, June 2013. Inspired by the works of G.F. Handel, the text traces all of the English monarchs from William the Conqueror to the present day, as well as interweaving well-known pieces such as Zadok the Priest and the Hallelujah Chorus . A celebratory anthem for unison children’s Choir, SATB Chorus & chamber Orchestra.
