The selection from works by early Italian, French and German masters as well as from masterpieces of Haydn, Mozart and the 19th-century romantic lied repertory provides a rich choice for beginners of all species of voice to develop and bring to perfection their voice and their abilities of performance. The range of the songs published with the original words in addition to Hungarian is about eight notes apart from some exceptions and they are notated in the middle position. The volumes also contain transposition recommendations for each species of voice. This well-tried and frequently used series of editions of the Hungarian singing teaching is recommended for all singers inthe first years of studies.
