The Golden Years Of Revival Jazz is the result of several years of preparation. It’s a series of re-releases from Storyville’s traditional jazz repertoire, recorded in the 1950s and 60s, although some of the material is only now seeing the light of day for the first time! Volume 10 features music from seven top-class British and Scandinavian bands, including Sandy Brown’s Jazzband, Acker Bilk's Paramount Jazz Band, Papa Bue’s Viking Jazzband, and Graham Stewart’s New Orleans Band . There are also appearances from Arne Birger, Lennie Baldwin, and the Bohana Jazz Band . As you expect from Storyville, this CD is a high-quality release of some original recordings, blended to create a unique Jazz experience.
